西方大学教师任用制度的历史变迁及其启示

摘　　要：文章考察了西方大学发展过程中,中世纪大学、德国柏林大学和美国现代大学教师任用制度的特点和样态,并通过对西方大学教师任用制度历史变迁的梳理获得了一些启示。认为教师任用制度内生于大学发展之中,在聘任制度的建立过程中,学术职业作为一种独立的力量,其发育程度与聘任制度的规范化紧密相关;在教师任用制度中,大学和教师之间的利益追求并不总是趋于一致。Faculty employment system has developed with the development of universities and higher education. In the process of universities＇ development, there are three characteristic model of faculty employment system, that is medieval universities＇, Berlin university＇ in German and modern universities＇ in America. The historical movement of faculty employment system in western universities shows us how to carry on the reform in china＇ higher institutions.
