摘　　要：文章认为网络组织虽然可以在一定程度上解决中国当代家族企业随组织规模扩大而呈现的管理资源与管理能力不足等现实问题,但是随着网络组织的发展,原有的资源配置、抗风险能力、创新推动等功能将会进一步弱化。家族企业在新的网络功能下会进行战略重构,即主动适应市场,实现与全球价值链的耦合,或者实行企业的整体外迁。With the development of network, the function of resource deploying and risk resisting will weaken.Under such environment, The real risk of family business comes from external factors, including the change of industry environment , and the adjusting of the value chains. The papar mentions that family businesses will reconstruct the strategy, that means adapting the market accord and entering global value chains effectively, or move outside wholly.
