摘　　要：目的:探讨胰腺囊腺瘤与囊腺癌的CT表现。方法:回顾性分析经手术及病理证实的10例胰腺囊腺瘤与囊腺癌的CT表现,总结其特征性表现。结果:本病多发生于中老年女性。发病部位以胰体尾部多见。分叶状轮廓、典型的“蜂巢”样结构及包含有单个或多个大囊但病灶仍以多数小囊为主对诊断胰腺浆液性囊腺瘤的特异性很高,达100%。血管周围有软组织影包绕以及病灶内实性成分增多,多提示恶性。结论:胰腺浆液性囊腺瘤的CT表现具有特异性,多可做出诊断与鉴别诊断。Objective To demonstrate the CT features of pancreatic cystadenoma and cystadenocarcinoma, Methods CT appearances of 10 cases with cystadenoma and cystadenocarcinoma of the pancreas confirmed by clinic and pathology were retrospectively analyzed. Results The disease mainly occur in middle and old women. It usually grows in body or/and tail of the pancreas. Lobulated contour,honeycombed appearance and lesion with muhis mall cysts and one or more big cysts are highly specific for serous cystadenoma in comparison with mucinous cystadenoma, the specificity is upto 100%. Vessel surrounding by soft tissue and much solid substance in lesion indicate malignant. Conclusion CT appearances of serous cystadenoma are highly specific to make diagnosis and differential diagnosis.
