p16基因蛋白在外阴鳞状细胞癌中的表达

摘　　要：为探讨p16基因表达与外阴鳞状细胞癌(V SCC s)发生、发展的关系,应用免疫组化法检测53例外阴上皮非瘤样病变(NNED)、7例外阴上皮内瘤变(V IN)及21例角化型V SCC s中p16蛋白的表达。结果显示,在NNED、V IN和V SCC s中p16高表达率(阳性细胞数≥5%)分别为86.7%、42.8%和28.6%,呈下降趋势(P<0.05)。V SCC s和V IN组中p16高表达率显著低于NNED组,差异有显著性(P<0.05),而在V IN组与V SCC s组之间相比较差异无显著性(P>0.05)。提示p16低表达或缺失可能是角化型V SCC s发生中的重要分子事件。To study the relationship between the expression of p16 protein and the tumorigenesis and progression of vulvar squamous cell carcinomas （VSCCs）. We investigated 53 cases of non-neoplastic epithelial disorders （NNED）, 7 cases of vulvarintraepithelial neoplasia（VIN） and 21 cases of keratinizing VSCCs with immunohistochemieal staining to determine expression of p16 protein. We observed a significant decrease of high p16（≥5% positive nuclei） protein expression rate from NNED（87. 6%）, through VIN （42.8%）, to VSCCs （28.6 %）（P〈0. 05）, The high expression rate of p16 protein was significant different between in NNED and in VIN and VSCCs（P〈0.05）. The results indicate that p16 may play an important role in vulvar carcinogenesis.
