摘　　要：介绍应用VHDL语言设计的出租车计费器的一种新的方案,使其具有模拟出租车起动、停止、暂停和加速等功能,并用动态扫描电路显示出租车所走的里程,显示所走路程需要的费用。所有源程序经Altrera公司的软件Max+PlusⅡ调试、优化、仿真正确,下载到Altrera公司的EPF10K10LC84-4芯片中,模拟结果正确。由于使用FPGA芯片,具有外围电路少、成本低、抗干扰能力强等特点,可用于实际的出租车收费系统。This paper introduces a kind of new idea of the taxi accounting -fee machine by VHDL, with functions of start, stop,pause,accelerate and so on. In addition,the dynamic scanning circuit is designed to display the distance and the tariff number. After debugging,optimizing and simulating the source program by the software Max＋Plus Ⅱ of Altera Company. The result is right by simulating and downloading to the EPF10k10LC84-4 chip. It can be used in the real taxi accounting system with it＇s advantages of low cost and anti- jamming.
