摘　　要：分析了我国目前制冷与空调行业的发展现状、人才需求情况及高职制冷与空调专业毕业生的就业岗位,指出了目前培养的高职制冷与空调人才普遍存在的问题;提出了高职制冷与空调专业改革的目标和指导思想;从培养目标的确定、专业能力分析、教学内容及课程设置、师资与教材建设方面对高职制冷与空调专业改革进行了探讨。The current development situation in the refrigeration and air-conditioning field, social needs and market employment are analyzed. The common problems in personnel training of refrigeration ＆ air-conditioning area are pointed out. Putting forward its reform aim and guiding ideology. Training goal setting, professional ability analysis, teaching contents and courses, teachers and teaching materials are also discussed.
