摘  要:目的:合成醋氯芬酸。方法:以氯乙酸为原料,和苯甲醇进行酯化反应合成氯代乙酸苄基酯,再经缩合、氢解反应制得目标化合物。结果:改进了合成工艺,总收率达到75%,较文献收率提高35%。结论:该方法原料价廉易得,工艺操作简便,适合工业化生产。Objective: To synthesize aceclofenac. Method: Aceclofenac was synthesized from chloroacetic acid and benzyl alcohol by esterification to give henzyl chloroacetate , which subjected to condensation and hydrogenolysis. Result: The synthetic process was improved and total yield was 75%, which was 35% higher than that reported in the literature. Conclusion: The raw materials in this route is cheap. The improved sythesis has advantages of convenient operation and is suitable for industrial production.
