摘　　要：针对目前地方高校公共计算机基础实验室的现状,提出地方高校应该采取集中投资、集中建设的模式将计算机基础实验室建设成学校的计算机基础教学中心、计算机服务中心、基于网络的考试中心以及学生信息素养培养的基地。并从采用先进的基于网络的管理模式、构建教学资源和网络教学环境等方面提出了计算机基础实验室的建设思路及方法。On the base of analysis of current situations of fundamental compute labs, it is proposed that local universities should focus their money to invest the fundamental computer labs, and make the labs be the fundamental compute teaching center, computer service center, network-based exam center and the training base of information literacy. And, the ideas of how to construct the labs, such as adopting network-based monitor system, building network-base teaching resources and environment, are suggested.
