摘  要:我国古代早有传统的心理健康教育思想,这些心理健康教育思想在实践中起了一定的作用,但是系统的心理健康教育活动是在20世纪90年代开始的。此后,我国心理健康教育活动在借鉴传统心理健康教育思想的基础上,通过系统的组织、完善和发展,现在已经有了比较多样的心理健康教育模式,也积累了比较丰富的方法和经验。随着社会的发展,心理健康教育工作还需继续培育新型的心理健康教育工作队伍,探寻新型的教育工作模式。There were traditional thoughts of psychological health education which played a role in practice in ancient era in China. But the systematic activities of psychological health education began in the 1990s. So based on the traditional thoughts of psychological health education, the various patterns of the education have evolved through systematic organization, completion and development. Therefore, the ample methods and experience were accumulated. With the development of society, the works of psychological health education still need to foster continually the new teams of psychological health education and explore the new patterns of educational work.
