云南汉族人群ApoB位点扩增片段长度多态性分析

摘　　要：采用ＰＣＲ方法对云南汉族人群的ＡｐｏＢ位点进行了Ａｍｐ—ＦＬＰ分析，检出１２个等位基因，２６种基因型．扩增片段长度分布于６００～１１００ｂｐ之间，等位基因频率范围为０．００３９～０．４６４８，杂合度为６６．４１％，ＤＰ值为０．８６１０．研究结果表明，ＡｐｏＢ位点在云南汉族人群中具有高度多态性分布，在法医学及其他学科领域里均具有较高的应用价值．此外，本研究建立的ＰＣＲ实验方法将有利于在基层部门推广应用．PCR method was applied to the analysis on amplified fragment length poly-morphism(Amp～FLP)of Apo B locus among the Han people in Yunnan Province.Twelvealleses and twenty-six genotypes were identified in 128 unrelated individuals.The length ofamplified fragments was distributed between 600 and 1100 bp;the allese frequency covered0.003 9 0.464 8;the heterozygosity was 66.41%;and the discrimination power(DP)was 0.861 0.As the result indicated, Apo B locus took on a highly polymorphism distribu-tion among the Han nationality in Yunnan and possessed a widely applicable value in forensicmedicine as well as in other scientific fields,In addition,PCR method established in thestudy will be beneficial to the broad application at the primary level units.
