胆囊结石患者手术前后血液流变特性的研究

摘　　要：对１４例胆囊结石患者手术前后的４项血液流变学指标进行了对比研究．结果表明：患者术后１周，除女性患者的血浆比粘度明显高于术前外（Ｐ＜０．００１），男女患者的全血比粘度、血浆比粘度、血细胞压积和全血还原比粘度与术前相比均无统计学差异（Ｐ＞０．２０）．The changes of hemorrheology parameter were measured in 14 patients withchololithiasis both before and after the operation.The results showed that one week aftercholecystectomy no statistically significant difference(P<0.20)was found in the wholeblood viscosity,plasma viscosity,HCT and reduced viscosity except that the female patients’plasma viscosity(P<0.001)was higher in the post-operation test than in the pre-operationtest.
