摘　　要：为适应城市地下空间开发利用高潮的到来,迫切需要建立地下空间规划理论体系。文章对城市地下空间控制性详细规划进行探讨,分析了当前地下空间开发控制存在的问题,提出了地下空间控制性详细规划控制方法应是控制与引导相结合,应采取指标、条文、图则和导则四大主控方式和刚性、弹性及引导相结合的方法,继而对地下空间开发利用控制与引导的要素进行剖析,最后梳理和建构了地下空间控制性详细规划指标体系内容。For adapting to the high tide of underground space development, it is urgent to establish the theories system of underground space planning. According to the urgent problems in underground space development in this article the regulatory detailed planning of the urban underground space is discussed. The existing problems about the controlling of underground space development and utilization are analyzed, and the method on the regulatory planning of the urban underground space is proposed, which should be combined controlling with guiding, using four important control modes-the index, ruling, diagram and guiding ones, and combining the rigidity, flexibility and guiding. Finally, the index system of regulatory planning of underground space is constructed.
