医用钴铬合金重熔再铸工艺的剖析

摘　　要：钴铬合金是当前医用牙科修复中的主要材料，它由钴、铬、镍、钼等元素经高真空冶练而成的高强度耐腐蚀的合金。而在牙医临床使用过程中，要浪费大部分原材料。本课题通过对材料的剖析，再次铸造工艺的改革，分析及检验。结果表明：钴铬合金可以大部分反复利用，使废物再生，降低医疗成本。Co-Cr alloy is current major material for dental operating repairs.This product containing the elements of cobalt,chromium,nickel,molybdenum,etc,melted in high vocuum,is alloy prossessing the properties of high strength and resistance to corrosion.In the process of dental clinical use,will be wantonod profusion much paarts materials.This project though the meduim of material analyzing and testing.Results to:Co-Cr alloy may reprocess,to waster matter regeneration,in order to reduce medical cost.
