摘　　要：目的分析乳腺癌X线特征与Ki-67表达的相关性。方法分析经乳腺X线摄影以及手术病理证实的76例乳腺癌患者,将X线所见按肿块(大小、边缘、形态)和钙化(分布、形态)情况进行描述,并与Ki-67的表达进行对照,分析其相关性。结果乳腺癌Ki-67阳性表达的X线特征为肿块直径>2.0cm、类圆形肿块、杆状钙化。结论乳腺癌Ki-67的表达与肿块大小、肿块形态、钙化形态有显著的相关性,根据X线特征可大概推测Ki-67的表达情况。Objective To investigate the correlation between the mammographic features of breast carcinoma and the expression of Ki-67. Methods A total of 76 patients with breast carcinoma were enrolled to determine the correlation between the mammographic features and the expression of Ki-67. The mammographic features were divided into mass （size, margin, shape） and microcalcification （distribution, shape）. Results The mammographic features of Ki-67 positive expression in breast carcinoma were tumor size〉2.0 cm, round mass and rod-shaped calcification. Conclusion The expression of Ki-67 had a significant correlation with the size of tumor, shape of mass, and shape of calcification in breast carcinoma. It is feasible to predict the expression of Ki-67 in breast carcinoma by mammographic features.
