摘 要:目的:研究RootZX全自动根管长度测量仪测定根尖区吸收牙齿工作长度的准确性。方法:将80颗离体前牙平均分成甲、乙2组,其中乙组用700#裂钻深入根尖孔钻入3mm,破坏根尖狭窄处。将2组牙齿分别置于测量槽中,使用RootZX全自动根管长度测量仪测量工作长度,计算测得的工作长度与肉眼下测量的根管长度的差值A,比较RootZX全自动根管长度测量仪测量2组工作长度的准确性。结果:RootZX全自动根管长度测量仪测量甲组的准确率为95%,测量乙组的准确率为85%,但2组准确率的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:对于根尖狭窄区破坏的牙齿,使用RootZX全自动根管长度测量仪测量的工作长度具有较高的准确性。Objective:To evaluate the accuracy of RootZX electronic apex locator in the determination of the working length in teeth with simulated apical root resorption. Methods:Eighty anterior teeth with mature apices were divided into two groups ( group 1 and group 2). The apices of the teeth in group 1 were kept intact as the controls. An irregular cavhy defect was made by 700# fissure bur at the apices of each tooth simulating an apical root resorption in group 2. The working lengths of the teeth were measured by electronic readings and direct visual measurements respectively. Results:The accuracy of RootZX electronic apex locatnr in the measuring of the teeth with mature apices was 95 % in group 1 and 85 % in group 2 ( P 〉 0.05 ). Conclusion: Accurate working length may be obtained with RnntZX electronic apex locator.
