青年和绝经后女性乳腺癌bag-1的表达及意义

摘　　要：目的:探讨青年和绝经后女性乳腺癌中抗凋亡基因bag-1的表达及意义。方法:采用免疫组化SABC法观察了42例青年组与58例绝经组乳腺癌组织中bag-1的表达。结果:bag-1在乳腺癌组织中阳性表达率为85.0%,在I期,II期,III期的乳腺癌组织中bag-1阳性表达率分别为87.5%,82.4%,88.2%.三者无明显差异(P>0.05)。青年组与绝经组乳腺癌组织中bag-1阳性表达率分别为76.2%,91.4%,差异明显(P<0.05)。青年组与绝经组3年无病生存率(DFSR)分别为78.6%,93.1%,差异明显(P<0.05)。结论:bag-1在乳腺癌组织中高表达,其表达与肿瘤的临床分期无关,青年乳腺癌bag-1阳性率较绝经后乳腺癌bag-1阳性率低,预后差。Objective：To study the expression of bag - 1 in the young and postmenopausal women with breast cancer, Methiods： Forty two samples of the young and 58 samples of the postmenopausal breast cancer specimens were analyzed by SABC immunohistochemical stain for anti - apoptotic gene bag - 1. Results： The positive rate of bag - 1 expression in breast cancer was 85.0%. The bag - 1 expression rate among pathologic grades Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ were 87.5% ,82.4% ,88.2% respectively, and no significant difference was observed （ P 〉 0.05 ）. The bag - 1 expression rate in the young and postmenopausal women with breast cance were 76.25% ,91.4% respectively, and significant difference was observed （ P 〈 0.05 ）. 3 - year disease - free survival rate（DFSR） of the young and postmenopausal women with breast cance were 78.6% ,93.1% respectively, and significant difference was observed （P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion： There is an overexpression of bag - 1 in breast cancer. The positive rate of bag - 1 expression is not related to the different clinical type. The positive rate of bag - 1 expression was lower and poorer prognosis in the young than in the postmenopausal women with breast cancer.
