摘　　要：消化道恶性肿瘤腹膜转移在临床十分常见,预后极差。近年来,减瘤术联合术中腹腔内温热化疗方案治疗效果满意。现综述如下。Peritoneal carcinomatosis is a common manifestation of digestive - tract cancer and has been regarded a terminal disease. In recent years, a novel strategy of cytoreductive surgery combined with intraperitoneal hyperthermic chemotherapy （IPHC） has been shown to be effective. We reviewed about it as follow.
