摘  要:目的:分析子宫颈EBV感染对抑癌基因P16蛋白表达的影响,探讨EBV的致癌机理。方法:采用组织芯片技术和免疫组织化学S-P法,检测13例正常宫颈、39例宫颈上皮内瘤变和28例宫颈鳞癌组织中EBV及P16蛋白的表达。结果:EBV阳性表达率在正常宫颈、宫颈上皮内瘤变、宫颈癌组分别为15%(2/13)、51%(20/39)和68%(19/28),癌及上皮内瘤变组均明显高于正常宫颈组(P<0·05)。P16在正常宫颈组织与上皮内瘤变及宫颈癌中的阳性表达率分别为7·7%(1/13)、64%(25/39)和79%(22/28),三组间差异有显著性(P<0·05)。EBV感染与非感染的宫颈癌组织中,P16的阳性表达率分别为79%和78%,两组间无显著性差异(P>0·05)。结论:EBV感染与宫颈癌的发病密切相关,但其致癌机制可能不是通过影响抑癌基因P16的表达而引起的。Objective: To study the expression of EBV and P16 anti-oncogene in cervical carcinoma and approach EBV's mechanism of action. Methods : Using tissue microarray technique and S-P immunohistochemical technique, we examined the expression of EBV and p16 in 13 normal cervical tissues, 39 cervical intraepithelial neoplasm and 28 cervical squamous cell carcinoma. Results: Expression of EBV positive in normal cervical tissues, cervical intraepithelial neoplasm and cervical squamous cell were 15% (2/13) , 51% (20/39) and 68% (19/28), respectively. Carcinoma group and cervical intraepithelial neoplasm group were higher markedly than normal cervical tissues group(P 〈 0. 05) . Expression of P16 protein positive in normal cervical tissues, cervical intraepithelial neoplasm and cervical squamous cell carcinoma were 7.7% (1/13) , 64% (25/39) and 79% (22/28) , respectively. Expression of P16 protein positive was 79% in the EBV-positive group and 78vA in the EBV-negative group. There were no difference markedly between them( P 〉 0. 05 ). Conclusion: EBV infection is close relative with cervical carcinoma, but its mechanism of action couldn't be the P16 anti-oncogene gene inactivation.
