摘　　要：目的:探讨接种肿瘤细胞株所导致的肿瘤组织中增殖细胞核抗原(PCNA)、白细胞介素1β(IL-1β)和白细胞介素6(IL-6)的表达情况及其与临床病理参数之间的关系。方法:应用免疫组织化学的方法检测PCNA、IL-1β和IL-6在结肠癌细胞、肝癌细胞接种后的小鼠肿瘤组织中的表达,确定PCNA、IL-1β和IL-6在结肠癌和肝癌组织中的表达与肿瘤淋巴结转移之间的关系;探讨PCNA、IL-1β和IL-6与肿瘤重量和体积的相关性。结果:PCNA在小鼠结肠癌和肝癌组织中有较高水平的表达,IL-1β、IL-6在肿瘤间质的血管中有明显表达,PCNA、IL-1β的表达与肿瘤的重量和淋巴结转移密切相关(P<0.05)。结论:IL-1β、IL-6和PCNA在肿瘤组织中的表达具有一致性。Objective To explore the expressions of proliferating cell nuclear antigen （PCNA）, IL-1β and IL-6 in tumor derived from injection of tumor strain cells, determine the relationships between the expressions of the above cytokines and clinical pathological parameters. Methods Immunohistochemical methods were employed to detect the expressions of PCNA, IL-6 and IL-1β in tumor derived from mouse hepatocarcinoma and colon cancer cells. Results PCNA highly expressed in nuclear and IL-6 and IL-1β expressed in tumor mesenchymal vessals. The expressions of PCNA and IL-1β were significantly related to the tumor lymph node metastasis and tumor weight. Conclusion The expressions of PCNA, IL-6 and IL-1β in tumor tissues are identical and closely related to pathological parameters of lymph node metastasis and tumor weight.
