摘　　要：介绍了中厚板轧钢厂提高钢板成材率的具体措施，提出了按负偏差轧制理论计重、实行热送及增大火焰切边能力等进一步提高钢板成材率等措施，指出提高操作水平和管理水平是提高中厚板质量和成材率的有效措施。The concrete measures in improving the finished product rate of the medium plate mill are introduced in this paper. With purpose to improve the finished product rate, the measures like calculating the slab weight according to the minus-tolerance rolling methodology, implementing the hot delivery, and increasing the working capability of flame cutter, are proposed in this paper. Besides, the opinion that the improvement of management and operation level is the effective measure to improve the quality and finished product rate is also introduced.
