摘  要:标记是器件的标识,其打印方法有油墨打印和激光打印两种方式,油墨打印具有方便、价格便宜等特点,而激光打印具有打印字迹清晰、存留时间长等特点。耐溶剂性试验、交变湿热试验和盐雾试验是可以用来检验集成电路标记的三种方法,采用该三种方法分别时经过油墨打印和激光打印的器件进行试验,针对在试验中器件标记失效现象进行了探讨,并得出了油墨质量、盖板镀层质量、固化不好等问题是影响器件标记的因素。最后,提出了解决标记问题的几种方法。The marking is the marking of the spare part, it prints a method to have printing ink to print two kinds of method with laser, the printing ink prints to have convenience, price cheapness etc. characteristics, but the laser print to have handwriting of print clear, save to stay time long etc. characteristics. Bear the melting agent's experiment, hand over to change hot and damp to experiment with the salt fog is three kinds of methods that can use to examine the integrated circuit marking, adopt those three kinds of method differences to carry on experiment towards printing through printing ink with laser to print of spare part, aim at the spare part marking expiration phenomenon in the middle of experiment carry on a study, and got printing ink quality, the cover plank to plate layer quality, solid turn not etc. problem is influence the spare part marking of factor. Put forward understanding a few methods of the marking problem finally definitely.
