摘　　要：企业的持续健康成长是国内外学术界探讨的一个热门话题,更是创新时代中国企业面临的一个重大课题。企业持续健康成长的一般规律是创新力与控制力的动态统一。应从理论与实践结合的角度对企业创新力与控制力为什么要动态统一,什么是动态统一,怎样实现动态统一等问题进行探讨。The healthy growth of enterprises is not only a hot topic in domestic and foreign academic circles but a big subject which enterprises are facing in the age of innovation.This article believes that the universal law for the healthy growth of enterprises is a dynamic unification of innovation ability and control ability.It has discussed from the angle of combining theory with practice why a dynamic unification of innovation ability and control ability is necessary,what the dynamic unification is and how to realize the unification.
