摘　　要：道德能力是一种道德思维与道德实践、道德认知与道德行为相统一的特殊能力。作为人的一种本质能力,它是人完成道德的行为所必需的心理特征,是形成道德品质的开端。与一般能力相比较,道德能力具有受动性和主动性相统一、普遍性与独特性相统一、稳定性与可变性相统一、独立性与连贯性相统一等特征。Moral competence is a special ability that integrates moral thinking and performance and moral cognition and behavior. As an essential human ability, it is a mental quality indispensable to the fulfillment of moral behavior, and the only way to the forming of morality. Compared with other human competences, moral competence is characterized by its unification of passivity and initiativeness, universality and individuality, stability and variability, and autonomy and consistence.
