痰热清注射液抗鼻咽癌EB病毒的研究

摘　　要：目的探讨鼻咽癌患者治疗后血浆EBV/DNA水平的变化与痰热清注射液的关系。方法采用荧光定量PCR方法定量检测64例初诊鼻咽癌患者治疗前后血浆EBV/DNA含量并进行分析。结果痰热清注射液NPC治疗组治疗后血浆EBV/DNA水平明显低于治疗前和对照组治疗前后血浆EBV/DNA水平,差异均具显著意义。结论痰热清注射液可抑制NPCEB病毒DNA的表达,对EB病毒有杀伤作用。Objective:To examine the correlation between plasma EBV/DNA content and the using of Tanreqing Injection(痰热清注射液) in nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients after treatment.Methods:64 samples of plasma EBV/DNA were detected by using fluorescent quantitative PCR in nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients after treatment and carried on the analysis.Results:Levels of plasma EBV/DNA in the controlled group by using Tanreqing Injection were obviously lower than that of the contrasting groups and the untreated groups.The differences were significant.Conclusion:Tanreqing Injection can repress the expression of the nasopharyngeal carcinoma EB virus DNA and injure the virus of EB.
