摘　　要：根据William F.Baker在“2006年超高层建筑建造技术国际研讨会”上的报告《百吉迪拜塔楼的结构设计》,从三个方面对即将成为世界之最的迪拜塔楼进行简要的介绍,即结构设计、风工程以及地基基础。通过该超高层大楼与其他超高层建筑的对比,提出几点结论和建议。Based on the presentation ＂Structural Design of the Burj Dubai Tower＂ by William F. Baker on ＂the International Seminar of Design and Construction Technologies of Super High-Rise Buildings＂, which has been held in Shanghai on May 15 - 16, 2006, a brief introduction to the skyscraper is given from several aspsets：structural design, wind engineering and foundation. By comparing with other super high-rise buildings, some conclusions and suggestions are offered.
