摘　　要：目的研究肺癌患者是否具有某些特殊的行为模式。方法应用C型行为问卷对60例肺癌患者进行答题测量,并用相同的方式测量对照组,对结果进行统计分析。结果肺癌患者在焦虑、抑郁、愤怒、理智、情绪控制、乐观及社会支持方面均与对照组有显著性差异。结论肺癌患者具有显著C型行为特征。对其要在术后放疗、化疗的同时加强心理健康指导,调整不当行为,以提高综合疗效。Objective To study whether patients suffering from lung cancer have some special behavior pattern or not. Methods 60 lung cancer patients were examined by inquiring them the questionnaire of type-C behavior patten. The control group were also examined in the same way.The results of the examination were compared and analysed. Results There were notable differences between the lung cancer group and the control group in the following aspects：anxiety,depression,anger,reason,mood control,optimism and social support, Conclusion Lung cancer patients have outstanding type-C behavior characteristics. During the period of radiotherapy and chemotherapy,more directions should be strengthened to the mental health and to modulate improper behavior and improve the comprehensive efficacy.
