皖西大别山区产几种蔷薇属野果营养成分研究

摘　　要：金樱子(Rosa laevigataMichx.)、野蔷薇(R.multifloraThanb.)、湖北蔷薇(R.henryiBou-leng)、小果蔷薇(R.cymosaTratt.)、粉团蔷薇(R.multifloraThunb.var.cathayensisRehd.et Wils.)是皖西大别山区产蔷薇属(RosaL.)的几种常见野果,测定了这几种野果的维生素C、还原糖、粗蛋白等含量及几种矿质元素含量等指标,同时也测定了果实的直径、平均粒重、核肉比等一些生物学指标,研究表明,这几种野果具有很高的营养价值,具有广阔的开发应用前景。Rosa multi flora Thunb, R. cyrnosa Tratt, R. henryi Bouleng, R. multi flora Thanb var. cathayensis Rehd. et Wils. and R. laevigata Michx are the common species of wild fruits produced in Wanxi Dabieshan Mountain Area. They belong to Rosa L. In this paper some nutritional indexes of these species such as the contents of vitamin C, reducing sugar, protein and several mineral elements were defected,as well as some biological indexes such as diameters and average weight of these fruits and nucleo——meat ratio etc. The results showed that these wild fruits had high nutritional value and a wide exploiting prospects.
