摘  要:用不同浓度的吲哚乙酸和赤霉素处理不同年龄的豆腐柴插条,插条栽培在河沙和黑壤土基质中,选择促进插条生根和成活的最佳条件。结果表明,豆腐柴的多年生枝条比1年生枝条扦插的成活率高,土培插条比砂培插条的生根率高,100×10^-6以下浓度的吲哚乙酸和赤霉素能显著促进插条的生根和根系发育,50×10^-6的低浓度时赤霉素对2~3年生插条的效果更明显。The optimal conditions that suitable for rhizogenesis and survival of cuttings from different ages of Premna microphylla were primary studied in this paper. The cuttings were treated by different concentrations of rooting agents of IAA and GA, then cultured in the media of sand and soil. The results showed that the survival rate of cuttings of 2 or 3 years were higher than those from 1 year, and the rooting rate of cuttings in soil were higher than those in sand. IAA and GA accelerated rhizogenesis and root system development significantly at a concentration of 100 × 10^-6 or below. At a lower level of 50 × 10^-6 , GA showed better effects on the cuttings of 2 or 3 years than IAA did.
