摘  要:为成形出高品质的零件,在管液压成形(THF)过程中,施加于管内的压力必须和管端轴向位移精确配合,且通常需要昂贵的液压设备.文中基于有限元模拟与试验,针对叉型(T型类)零件,利用其在成形过程中管件内腔体积不断减小的特点,开发了管端轴向位移驱动式THF技术,并讨论了溢流压力对成形结果的影响,分析起皱的原因,提出安全成形区域的概念.试验结果证明,该方法使用简单,对设备要求不高,可简化THF的设备和生产过程,降低成本.In order to produce high-quality parts by the tube hydroforming figuration (THF), the pressure in the tube should precisely fit the axial displacement at the tube end, and expensive hydraulic equipment is a necessary part. To solve this problem, a simple method, namely displacement-driven THF, is presented for T-shaped tubes according to the results of finite element simulation and experiments. This method is based on the characteristic that the tube volume continuously decreases in the THF process. The effect of overfall pressure on the forming result, as well as the reason for wrinkling, was then discussed, and the concept of safe forming zone was proposed. Experimental results indicate that, as the proposed method is a simple method without special requirements for equipment, the THF equipment and the process are simplified and the production cost is reduced.
