摘　　要：供应链核心竞争力是整个供应链所具有的独特的、不以模仿的、差异化的综合能力;要培育供应链核心竞争力,离不开供应链知识管理。供应链集成知识管理模型阐明了供应链知识管理与供应链核心竞争力之间的互动关系,提供了供应链集成知识管理流程再造路径。Core competitiveness of supply chain is a unique, unimitatable and differentiated synthesized competence, which heavily depends upon supply chain knowledge management. The model of supply chain integrative knowledge management illustrates the interaction between supply chain knowledge management and the core competitiveness of supply chain, and further constructs the route of reengineefing to integrative knowledge management of supply chain.
