摘 要:目的:探索髓突与中央前、后回的对应规律,为影像学上通过髓突定位中央前、后回奠定解剖形态学基础。方法:选20例正常人脑标本,用广告颜料对中央前、后回染色,作层厚6mm之横切脑片,选取其中典型层面,观察分析中央前、后回与髓突之间的对应性并总结规律。结果:中央前、后回所对应的髓突为1 ̄2支:髓突方向:左侧在9 ̄11点方向:右侧在1 ̄3点方向。结论:中央前、后回与髓突之间有对应规律可寻,影像学上可以通过髓突定位中央前、后回。Objective: To explore the corresponding rules between medullary processes and pre-postcentral gyri and provide anatomic basis for locating pre-postcentml gyri by medullary processes. Methods: 20 normal cadaver heads were transected into brain slices with thickness of 6 mm after dyeing pre-postcentml gyri. Typical planes were observed, while the corresponding relationship between medullary processes and pre-postcentral gyri on horizontal sections were analyzed and summarized. Results: There were 1 to 2 processes for pre-postcentral gyri, with the direction of 9 to 11 o'clock (left), or 1 to 3 o'clock (right). Conclusions: The corresponding rules between medullary processes and pre-postcentral gyri may be obtained, that may provide data for locating pre-postcentral gyri by medullary processes.
