P63及k19标记人角膜缘干细胞特异性对比研究

摘　　要：目的比较P63及k19在标记人角膜缘干细胞相对特异性的高低。方法使用免疫组织化学法检测P63及k19在人角膜中央上皮细胞及角膜缘干细胞的分布情况。结果在人角膜缘干细胞P63少量表达、k19大量表达;角膜中央上皮细胞P63基本没有表达、k19仍有少量表达。结论P63作为人角膜缘干细胞标记物的特异性高于k19。Objective To compare the specificity of P63 and k19 as a marker of human comea limbic stem cells,Methods The expression of P63 and k19 was observed with the technique of immunohistochemistry.Results Few comea limbic stem cells expressed P63 and a lot of them expressed k19;central comeal epithelium cells didn＇t express P63,however,some of them expressed k19,Conclusion As a marker of human comea limbic stem cell,P63＇s specificity is higher than that of k19.
