摘　　要：高等教育大众化的发展客观上要求建立一套质量保障体系以保证教育质量 ,教育督导由于自身的特性而在此过程中发挥着愈加重要的作用 ,加强教育督导工作对我国高校的发展具有重大的现实意义。Development of higher education objectively requires to establish a set of quality guarantee system to ensure educational quality, in which educational inspection has becoming more and more important because of its own characteristics. It will pay the development of our colleges and universities to strengthen educational inspection.
