摘　　要：实施高职教育 ,关键在于建设一支高素质的教师队伍。工会应当充分发挥自身特色和优势 ,不断提高自身工作水平 ,以建设高素质教师队伍为中心 ,创新性地开展各项工作。When implementing the higher vocational education, the crux of the matter is to build teaching staff with high quality. The Trade Union should make good use of its own characteristics and advantage to accelerate and promote it. Absolutely, it is necessary for the Trade Union to improve its work continuously, and perform it creatively around the crux of the work.
