摘　　要：唐山师范学院的办学思想和发展战略,应充分考虑历史和现状、未来的发展、大学职能以及2007年的评估。“以人为本,不断进取”可作为唐山师范学院的办学理念;同时,应在类型、层次、形式、学科、人才、规模、服务等不同层面确定办学定位。In the formation of ideas for naming Tangshan Teachers College and its macroscopic stratagem, the authority should consider history and actuality, future development, university function and the year 2007＇s evaluation. ＂Human fast, continuing progress＂ can be regarded as the idea for running the college. The determination of orientation for naming a school includes type, level, form, subject, person with ability, scale and service etc.
