培养大学生创业能力探析

摘　　要：创业能力是大学生创业能否成功的关键因素,是提高大学生就业率和创业率的根本。针对目前对高等学校学生创业能力的调查数据分析,阐述了创业能力的概念及特征,分析了创业能力的结构特征,结合实例,提出了培养大学生创业能力的有效途径。The embarking career ability is the key factor which decides whether the college students＇future career succeed or not, and the fundamental factor which influences the college students＇employment rate and the embarking career rate. According to the investigation and data analysis, this article expatiates the concept and characteristic of the present college students＇embarking career ability, also analyses its structure characteristic. Meanwhile, this article puts forward the effective way of fostering the college students＇ embarking career ability.
