摘 要:研究在番茄褐斑病菌毒素作用下,番茄抗、感病品种的根数、根长、芽长及根的电导值和PAL活性变化情况。结果表明:抗、感病番茄品种的根数、根长、芽长均受到抑制,根的电导值及叶片的苯丙氨酸解氨酶(PAL)活性升高;抗病品种的根数、根长、芽长受毒素的影响较感病品种小,即感病品种对毒素敏感,且抗、感病品种的电导值间差异达显著水平;抗病品种的PAL活性增加幅度较感病品种大。Tomato plants were treated by Helminthosporium carposaprum toxin to study the change of the root number, root length, shoot length, the electrical conduction rate (ECR) of root and activity of phenylalanine ammonia lyase (PAL) in cell.The results showed that the root number, root length, shoot length decreased, the ECR of root and activity of PAL increased. The suaceptible cultivars were more sensitive to toxin than resistant varieties. There was a significant difference in ECR between the resistant and susceptible varieties. PAL activity of resistant variety was increased larger than susceptible variety.
