摘　　要：本文描述了一种用于94GHz数字通信系统中的低插损BPSK调制器.该调制器采用一环行器与一低插损的移相器相串联结构.在相位误差±5°范围内,插入损耗低于3.8dB、带宽2.5GHz.其电路结构及实验结果亦在文中给出.A kind of low insertion loss binary phase-shift-keying (BPSK) modulator used in 94GHz digital communication systems is presented in this paper. The BPSK modulator consists of a circulator connected in series with a low loss PIN diode phase shifter. The insertion loss of the modulator is lower than 3. 8dB, within the bandwidth of 2. 5GHz, with phase error less than ±5°. The circuit construction and experimental results are also given.
