摘　　要：在企业合作创新理论研究中,理论界已作了企业合作创新博弈分析、选择因素分析、以及成功要素构成模式研究等;本文通过创新类型与企业合作创新的模式之间的关系和运用风险决策分析法,来建立企业合作创新模式的选择模型,为企业合作创新决策提供依据。On study of enterprise cooperative innovation, Many researches have been done in theory, such as the cooperative innovation mode of games, choice factors analysis, succcess factors analysis, and soon. The paper will apply rise decision method to establish the choice model of enterprise cooperative innovation, and thus offering basis for enterprise cooperative innovation＇ s decision in the mode of enterprise cooperative innovation.
