摘　　要：在研究了三种基因局部特征的基础上,针对现有的基因预测方法在预测5’端外显子方面的不足,构建了一种基于统计组合与特征分类的基因预测算法,即将基因区域数据根据局部特征分成两个相对独立的集合,采用统计组合的方法将多种基因预测方法综合在一起进行基因预测研究.实验结果表明,该算法提高了基因预测的精度,为基因预测提供了一种可能的研究方案.Focusing on some inefficient gene-prediction algorithms on predicting 5＇-exons, a gene-prediction algorithm was constructed based on the statistical combination and the feature classification on the basis of analyzing the three local gene teatures, The data m the gene areas were divided into two relatively independent groups in terms of local features, and then a statistical combination of various methods of gene-prediction was applied to the research, The results show that this algorithm can improve the precision of gene prediction, thus providing a possible way for future research in gene prediction.
