摘　　要：2003年3月,中国人民银行颁布的反洗钱三大法规正式实施,标志着我国反洗钱工作的重大发展。透视新世纪我国反洗钱现状,借鉴国际社会反洗钱工作经验,针对我国的反洗钱对策中存在的一些问题提出了相应的建议。The implement of three laws on anti - laundries issued by People＇ s Bank of China on March 1,2003 is a symbol of great development Of anti - laundries in China. Penetrating the current situation of anti - laundries in China, and on the,.basis of the experiences of the international efforts to anti - laundries, the paper gives some advices to the future anti -laundries in China.
