摘　　要：近年来,中国几项临床试验结果表明,中西医结合治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌能改善中位生存期,1年及2年生存率。因而,中西医结合可能是目前治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌的最佳方案。Recently, several clinical trials showed, in China, that the treatment of advanced non - small cell lung cancer with integrated traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） and Western medicine could improve median survival time about 1 - year or 2 - year survival rate. So, the treatment regimen including integrated TCM and Western medicine might be an optimum therapeutic regimen for advanced non - small cell lung cancer.
