摘　　要：肺癌的生物治疗发展迅速,尤其是肺癌的分子靶向治疗,已取得了重大进展,疗效显著。生物化疗作为一种全新的治疗模式,在肺癌的治疗中占有愈来愈重要的地位。本文对近年来肺癌的生物治疗(包括分子靶向治疗、基因修饰树突状细胞治疗)和生物化疗的研究进展进行了综述。The biotherapy of lung cancer developed quickly, especially the molecule targeted therapy, which had achieved graveness progression and the curative effect was striking. Biochemotherapy had possessed increasingly considerable position in the therapy of lung cancer as a firenew treatment model. This article review recent advances of lung cancer biotherapy and biochemotherapy, including molecule targeted therapy and gene modified dendritic cell therapy.
