“茂华药液Ⅰ号”配合放疗治疗食管癌的基础研究

摘　　要：目的探讨“茂华药液Ⅰ号”的安全性、抗癌作用以及防治放疗并发症的疗效。方法精选黄芪、杜仲等20多味中药，经过特定工艺制成口服液。根据相关实验方法，进行了急性毒性试验、骨髓抑制实验、抑瘤实验和免疫功能测定。结果①小鼠灌胃给药的最大耐受量大于20g／kg，相当于临床每日用量的140-351倍，无急性毒性反应。②放疗加茂华药液组与单纯放疗组比较，放疗后3、7、20和30d鼠尾血白细胞数前者明显高于后者，P〈0，01。③能明显地抑制人淋巴瘤K562细胞、人结肠癌LOVO细胞、人食管癌Eca109细胞的增殖，抑制率分别为：71％，60％，57％。④食管癌患者用药后：CD4、CD8以及NK细胞杀伤活性有显著性增高，P〈0．01。结论该药药理作用明显，无急性毒性反应，具有杀伤或抑制食管癌、结肠癌、淋巴瘤等肿瘤细胞的作用，具有提高机体免疫力，防治放射线对小白鼠骨髓的抑制和对白细胞的杀伤作用。Objective To evaluate security, anticancer efficacy and prevention of side effects caused byradiotherapy in treatment of maohua medical liquid Ⅰ . Methods We carefully selected Astragalus mem branaceus, Eucommia ulmoides Oliv,etc, more than 20 flavors Chinese herbal medicines and made them of medical liquid though particular craft.Results ①Small white rats were taken the Maohua medical liquid orally biggest to bear in 20 gs/kg, equal to clinical dosage of 140 to 351 times, and the results were without any acute toxicity. ②Comparing irridiation combined with maohua medical liquid Ⅰ with irridiation alone, the white blood cell in small white rats tail at 3,7,20 and 30 days, the former was higher than the later and P value was less than 0.01.③Maohua medical liquid Ⅰ could repress human.lymphoma K562 cell,human colon cancer LOVO cell, human esophageal carcinoma Eca 109 cell, repressing rats is 71%, 60 % 57 %, respectively. ④ Esophageal carcinoma patients who took maohua medical liquid I orally had ipcreased their CD4, CD8,and NK killer cell and P 〈 0.01. Conclusions Maohua medical liquid I have obvious pharmaceutical function without any acutetoxicifies and can repress human lymphoma cell and colon cancer cell and human esophageal carcinoma cell andcan improve human immunity and can treat small white rats＇ marrow repress caused by irradiation.
