摘　　要：本文结合当今大学生的思想实际,根据学生工作的实际经验,从德育、管理、校风、队伍四个方面总结了学生工作的基本经验,并从具体小事、制度、第二课堂、队伍、学生干部和基础工作六个方面探讨了做好当前高校学生工作的基本思路。This article generalizes the basical experience of managing students from moral education, management, at mosphere of school, and team, combining the practice of college students nowadays according to the current experience in the work. It also explores an elementary train of thought to do well in management of colleyes＇ students now form six sides ： concrete things, systems, the second class, them, student cadres, and basical work.
