摘　　要：针对计算机辅助夹具设计系统的功能需求,提出了一种组合夹具智能辅助设计的装配模型,建立了基于装配特征的元件库、以典型路径形式存储的典型组件库和包含夹持面域关系信息的典型结构库所构成的多层夹具实例库。采用了分层匹配的方式检索夹具结构、组件和元件,以完成夹具结构的装配过程,提出了一种自顶向下分层匹配的组合夹具智能辅助装配方法。A modular fixture design model aiming at function requirements of Computer Aided Fixture Design （CAFD） system was proposed. A multi ease-base was constructed which consisted of element base with assembly characteristics, typical component base stored in typical paths, and typical structure base with information of spatial relationship of part fixture faces. Fixture assembly was completed through hierarchical matching method to search structures, components, and elements of the fixture. An intelligent modular fixture assembly method with top-down matching was proposed.
