摘　　要：公益性事业单位的改革是当前中国行政体制改革的一个主要内容,如何在转变其行政属性的基础上更好发挥其服务社会、服务大众的功能成为一个重要的管理命题。结合部分市、地区公益性事业单位改制重组合建的一个普遍现象进行分析,作出大胆设计,以期实现这类改革为了资源共享、效益优化的良好目标。The reform of public interest institutions is the main content of present Chinese administration system reform. Based on transferring their administration property, How to exert their function of serving society and populace better is an important management proposition. This text analyzed the presentation of several public interest institutions, provided boldness design, in order to realize the aim of resource share and efficiency optimize.
