摘　　要：传统观念认为企业实施绿色经营会增加运营成本,削弱竞争优势。但事实恰好相反,本文从绿色经营兴起的背景入手,分析了企业竞争优势的相关概念及其来源;实施绿色经营对企业竞争优势的作用途径及企业发展绿色经营的动力机制,指出现代企业会因为绿色经营的实施而获得更多的竞争优势。The traditional idea insists that green management will increase operating costs and undermine the company＇ s competitiveness. But the fact is just the opposite. This paper starts with the background of green management, analysis the source of competitive advantage, its related concepts, the way how green management affecting the enterprise and the dynamic mechanism for enterprise to develop green management, pointing out that modern enterprise will win more competitiveness because of the implementation of green management.
