摘  要:用低硒,低硒低蛋白质,低硒低蛋白质高锰半会成饲料喂大鼠。8周后处死。实验结果表明.低硒低蛋白质饲料使动物体重下降,心肌电镜所见,心肌细胞内水肿及少数线粒体空泡变,全血、心肌和肝脏GSH-Px活性下降、心肌CCO初SDH活性也有下降趋势。而低硒高锰和蛋白质缺乏的复合作用导致体重明显下降,电镜下显示心肌细胞内水肿,线粒体肿胀、弥漫空泡变,肌原纤维断裂、肌丝分解、全血、肝脏GSH-PX活性和心肌CCO、SDH活性与低硒低蛋白质组比较明显下降。According to the level of selenium(Se), Manganese(Mn) and protein in diet, Wistar rats were randomly divided into 3 groups: Group A (low Se and normal Mn,protein);group B(low Se,protein and normal Mn) ;group C(low Se,protein and high Mn). The animals were sacrificed after 8-week feeding. The results showed that edematous myocardial cells and degenerative vacuolaris of a few cardiac mitochondria were observed in group B,under electron microscope. The activity of GSH-Px in blood,heart and liver in group B was apparently lower than that of group A. The activity of CCO and SDH in cardiac mitochondria showed a decreasing tendency in group B. But edematous myocardia.cells, extensive degenerative vacuolaris of the cardiac mitochondria,interupt of myofibril and dissolution of myofilaments were observed in group C under electron microscope. The activity of GSH-Px in blood and liver and the activity of CCO and SDH in group C was apparently lower than that in group B.
