摘　　要：目的:分析精神分裂症患者MMPI测图特点,了解患者人格特征。方法:对60例精神分裂症患者(其中男34例,女26例)进行MMPI测查结果分析。结果:女患者在Hy,Pa,Pt量表得分高于男患者,二者差异有显著性。在划界分为样本60T分时,男女患者双高点都为89/98。结论:男女患者在人格特征上存有不同,临床治疗与康复应强调个性化。Objective：To analyses the character of MMPI of schizophrenic for explore the personality pathology in schizophrenia. Methods ：The MMPI were administered to 60 schizophrenics （ male ：34 ; female ：26） and the results were compared. Results： There was significant difference in Hy, Pa, Pt scale of male and female schizophrenics when delimitation scores was 60T, the two high scores of male and female schizophrenics all were 89/98. Conclusions： There was difference in personality pathology of male and female schizophrenics. Clinical doctors should take corresponding measures to help them.
